Shipping Address
Please do not message me to send items to a different address. Items are shipped to the shipping address provided on the order receipt, no exceptions.

Damaged Items
Please check your package immediately for any missing or damaged items. You MUST notify me within 3 days of receiving your package if any items are missing in order to receive a replacement or refund.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
I will not issue refunds for any damages caused during shipping, shipping delays, lost or stolen items. If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with USPS for the damages. I am not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Insurance is available if requested. If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know and I will bill you for the cost of insurance.
