Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. There is no refund on custom items unless there is an error on my part. No Exceptions. If you have any questions about descriptions, please message me prior to purchasing. Remember, you are paying for services which require time and effort from me.Please check your package immediately for any missing or damaged items. You MUST notify me within 3 days of receiving your package if any items are missing in order to receive a replacement or refund.
I will not issue refunds for any damages caused during shipping, delays, lost or stolen items. If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with USPS for the damages. I am not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Insurance is available if requested. If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know and I will bill you for the cost of insurance.
If you would like your package to be insured, please message me so I can bill you for the insurance cost.
All items are handmade and may vary slightly. Once you give me your color combinations, I will use those based on supplies on hand. Cardstock papers vary as well. I will contact you if the color chosen is not available
All items come from a smoke free & pet free home.
